The second stage of the 400 apartment development project in Oakleigh. Our mission was to build a new image for stage 2 sales and create new channels of sale. We relied heavily on social media advertising with paid ads on insta and fb rather than traditional methods of marketing. We sold 80% within the first month. An amazing achievement for a $270M revenue project.
